Do you store my Instagram messages or login details?

No. CheckYourDM never sees your Instagram password — you connect through Instagram’s own secure login and choose exactly what to allow. Messages are handled the moment they arrive to run your replies, and aren’t kept beyond the activity history you can clear anytime in Settings → Data.

When does my subscription renew?

On the exact same date every cycle. If you subscribed to a monthly plan on the 12th, you’re billed on the 12th of every following month. Yearly plans renew on the same date one year later. You can cancel anytime — you keep Pro / Business features until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

From Settings → Data inside the app, request a permanent deletion. Within 30 days, everything (automations, activity logs, analytics, connected Instagram account) is wiped from our servers. You can also visit /data-deletion to start the process without logging in — required by Meta and respected fully.
